Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day we confirm your order. If we are late, you can contact us to set a new delivery date, and if we still do not deliver you may end the contract and receive a full refund of what you paid for the undelivered goods.

Risk in transit

Your bag stays at our risk until it is delivered to you or to a person you have named to receive it. If it is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we will resend or refund. See the “Something wrong with your bag” section of our Returns & Refunds page.
