A piece that encapsulates the feeling of fluidity in our every day lives. Three figure shaped beings that look separate but are one and the same. From the left, a spirit; the middle, a humanoid entity and the right, resembling that of a human.
The moment the spirit changes from its fluid and liquid shapes to one that resembles the human body; how we as individuals turn from limitless to limited. How fluid we can change ourselves to suit the needs of others. This is often the case as a creative. And finding the balance between what is true to the individual and what is true to the masses can be difficult to do.
The same can be said for moving fluid through life. The western world requires people to place restrictions on ourselves to suit the world we live in. Some would argue the world needs to fit the people. And to do that, we need to relinquish things we want to control. And be more fluid.
